Omnibus adjective for yanything that is wrong with life, the universe and yeverything.
Basically, used either when the user is incapable of using a better adjective, or when the user does not know what is wrong, but must pretend something is, anyway.
May best be used in yeveryday conversation when referring to the LokPal Bill, the elections or in reference to the description of pseudos to begin with.
