Karma Gora is the term given to white people who come to India on a spiritual quest. They typically fetishize some trite and superficial aspect of Indian culture and "find themselves" at the end of their India trip.
The term might have been inspired by Karma Cola, a book by Gita Methta that pokes fun at the wave of Westerners that descended upon India in the 60s.
