To have a whole lotta fun, in a good way. It is generally applied to social overachievers or to people who have exceeded their allotment of pleasure, in contradistinction to the American usage, where to "freak out" is to have a nervous seizure of some sort.

Usage

Raja: Friday night I got blasted with those girls, man. I freaked out at the pub.
John, from US: Whoa. Did you hurt yourself? Was everyone ok?
Raja: Of course everyone is ok! Better than ok, in fact. Only one problem is there.
John, from US: Umm, ok. So, despite having freaked out, everyone's ok?
Raja: Yes, yes. But one problem - I didn't put. I think those girls gave me KLPD.
