"You can rest assured that..." and "Be assured that..." come together in this phrase, which simply means 'rest assured'. In other words, 'don't worry madko bedi'. Ravi Shastri often uses this in his cricket commentary.

Contrary to what you might imagine, this slogan is not encouraging you to stay away from the shop, now that your curiosity is satisfied, but, rather, highlights the shop's ability to satisfy your every need and desire in the matter of VIP underwear/banians or whatever the shop sells.
