A person(Male) or a group of Boys/Men who always(often) hang out with girls and engage in their silky or girly talks.

Definition

SSLC is the Secondary School Leaving Certificate and is a certification obtained by a student on successful completion of a series of examinations at the end of study at the secondary schooling level (10th standard)in India. This exam is considered easier than the ICSE and one is told to go and do SSLC by teachers who wish to insinuate a student is dumber than the rest.
