Loin: Lily, don't be silly. Sara shahar mujhe Loin ke naam se jaanta hai.

Definition

The then most popular moped, the first symbol of a woman's freedom that put her on a road to even higher acquisitions like kiney, scooty, and more. Till the advent of 'Luna' and then 'Hero Majestic' the mopeds that ran on Indian roads for decades were 'Suvega's.
Luna's went away with stiffer competition and so in Karnataka at least partly due to a funny traffic rule that existed for a short period, that required both the rider and the pillion to wear crash helmets! Indeed that would be an overload on the little Luna.

Usage

Amma to Appa: "See what happened! You bought her the Luna and the girl who always came home before 7, now comes home only by midnight! Face it!"
