The bulbul is an instrument in India also referred to as the Indian banjo. The full name is bulbul tarang which means "waves of nightingales". It is made of a number of strings passing over what resembles a finger board. The instrument is common for folk musicians and children because of its very low price.

Usage

There is a full bulbul band that will play at the Golden Jubilee right after the jugalbandi.

Also note: Bulbul is Logonathans favorite instrument.
