Definition

Maa-Ki-Kirkiri" doesnt belong to the (in)famous "Maa" series of gaalis. "Kirkiri" is a problem (or more rightly "a pain in the a$$"). "Maa Ki" just signifies the mega pain in the a$$, ie, it denotes how big or troublesome the "kirkiri" is.
The "maa-ki" prefix is misleading to most people and find it offensive though in reality it isnt.

Usage

Aslam: kya re salim, itte dino se dikhta nahin ??
Salim: kya batau baap...mere picchu do-do(two) potti loga padi hain re....
Aslam : uski maa-ki-kirikiri, kisko chutiya banata hai re salim pheku :P
