Mandoli

Originating from two Marathi words - Maan (Neck) and Dol (Nod). The nodding of the neck is widely believed to indicate a willingness to compromise, let go of any ill-will or anger. The use of this word became popular among street thugs in the late 80s and early 90s in Mumbai, on the advice of their shrinks.
