anything or anybody of the govrenment. sarkari offices are full of papers and officers dirty with grease stains that come from several rounds of greasing to keep the operations flowing smoothly.

Usage

hey dude, sarkari officials came home twice already asking if I had paid my property tax da. Looks like they are looking for some grease. The bloody slimy bloodsuckers!!
