A corruption of the word Pseudonym, became popular in call centres in early 2000's where call centre agents used to anglicise their names (and take on Pseudonames), this was done with the hope that the Faarin customer they were talking to would think the agent was from Amreeka or UK as the case may be.
Unfaartunately this did not work because why magaa WALTO ....
