Used mostly in Karnataka to denote the 12th grade. Plus two is 10th grade + 2. Get it? Usually used in a reverent tone by parents and other elders to indicate that it will be a turning point in a student's career. It is usually seen as a platform from where said student can soar to great heights or can come crashing down if proper attention to studies is not given.
