Menucard

Why say "menu" when you can say "menucard"? At its funniest at restaurants where the "menucard" is a giant brass-bound tome with tassels, engravings and small door (with latch) on the cover behind which is a Rajput painting of a maharaja and his courtesans at a banquet.
