Tulu is a popular and ancient folk language with its own rich culture and heritage. It contains flavors of Kannada, Tamil, and probably other southern languages. But it is a powerful rustic and distinct language. It has no script of its own. Speakers of 'Tulu' language apparently have great sense of humor. They laugh really loud. Almost like the yakshagana characters.
I hope some 'Tuluva' samosapedian will post some nice entries and enlighten us more.
