Definition

Well known children's rhyme, used to pick the den/denner for various games. No safety pins required.

The rhyme itself is short, just seven words long, and with each repetition one child is declared safe. The last remaining child at the end of the last repetition is unfortunately declared the den, never a pleasant task.

Alternative rhyme for same purpose : Inky-Pinky-Ponky

Usage

"In-Pin-Safety-Pin-In-Pin-OUT. You're safe." Lucky child skips about with joy.
