Definition

Very much a South Indian phrase. Used only by those who are only into hard core Carnatic music, to club the entire spectrum of non-Indian music into one ill-defined group. Includes everything from the Beatles to Mozart to Led Zeppelin to Dave Mathews Band to The Sound of Music.

Usage

Sridevi : "Ey now you hau to sing one nice song for me"

Peri, clears throat and starts to warble with feeling : "There's a lady that's sure, all that glitters is gold ..."

Sridevi, interrupts rudely as if to say she's not interested : "Eeenglish musics, aa?"

Peri : "*^%#&**#!@*!!!!!!!"
