Powdered sugar and chocolate that formed the staple diet of millions of kids while growing up. Apparently packed with a gazillion vitamins and minerals and what-not, a tea-spoon of bournvita in your milk was touted to give one complete " tann-ki-shakti, mann-ki-shakti". Also considered as the shittier, more frivolous cousin of Complan.
