Definition

A timepass game played in school involving a large book being opened randomly, and artificial cricket scores constructed through a sequence of rules. The page numbers opened, along with other pre-determined rules (one such rule often involves the final digit of the page number, which may symbolize various outcomes), help define the outcome of the game.

Usually played solitary, but can be amended to involve team play.

Usage

Teacher: Young Shandilya is so dilligent. Look at him studiously reading his book.
